083 coil value

Hi, I have a original 083 coil that is in extremely nice shape. Next to no use on this coil. I was wondering at what price I should list the coil and what years and engines the 083 coil was used in? thanks, John

Hello John,

I think it was used on 1955-1956-1957 Chevy's with 265 & 283 engines. Also on many other GM Cars and Trucks of that vintage.
Value depends on condition $20.00-$40.00 IMO

The most interest is going to come from the Corvette guys. I would just list on ebay with an auction type sale, sometimes there will be two guys that just can't live without an item.
