Lone Star returns to the North Texas area in 2018 as the Dallas Area Classic Chevys will host Lone Star XXXVI for '55-'57 Chevy cars, trucks and Corvettes. This exclusive Tri Five event will take place at the DFW Airport Marriott Hotel in Irving, TX on Memorial Day weekend. This is not just another 'car show' but rather a full weekend of events and activities all centered around the '55-'57 Classic Chevy. Events will get underway on Thursday night May 24th with a pre event parking lot party at the hotel, from there sightseeing tours and drag racing on Friday are the big events, Saturday the 'car show' part of the event will take place followed that evening with a drive in movie feature IN THE PARKING LOT of the hotel, Sunday we will have a huge Tri Five Poker Run and that evening the Awards will be presented from the weekend. In between all of this will be some great Texas hospitality, great music, swap meet and who knows what else!
