I wish I could be there, but 2500 miles from my home in Alabama.. it's not likely... (After 40 yrs of flying on work trips around the world, I've sworn off further air travel..., although I've thought of taking a train... :)

If you hurry , I see that your not listed on the National nomad register , You should Join might be able to sell some frame parts or frames

You can even join AT the convention, and pay the registration fee there also (a bit more than it would be early), but if you think you *might* make it, you should go ahead and register at the hotel to make sure you get a room; if you tell them you'll be with the CNA, you'll get the convention/show rate. :) No additional cost for a swap space... :)

But I agree with Sid... JOIN the CNA now, you won't regret it... :)

Do any of you guys, or the CNA have an educated guesstimate of how many nomads still exist?

My best guess: 1/3 to 1/2 of the 20,000 original Nomads... basically they've always been a 'special car'.. and most have been treated that way, even if driven til they were worn out, they were then put into garages or barns and preserved. Most CNA members own more than one; I own 4 myself.
