Hello everyone. My name is Jim G. from Ohio and although I'm new to this forum I have been a tri five guy most of my life. I current cruise a '56 210 post car, but I'm preparing to start my '55 Nomad barn find project this coming fall. Looking forward to swapping stories and picking brains. :D

Thanks everyone for the welcome. Sid, finally figured out the picture thing. Carl, 4drs are great... better for doubling up at the drive in. Chevynut and Bamanomad, your cars make a great first impression. I'll check out your car pics as time allows. I Found my yellow'55 in Wisconson, stored for 48 yrs with 38k and papers. It took a sheetmetal hit in the front by a '65 Fairlane soo...green fenders. All else is untouched.

Welcome aboard, Jim! Your black '56 reminds me a lot of the car I built in '78 - '79 whilst still in the service. Best driving car of all the '55 - '57 Chevys I've built thus far.

Happy Motoring,

Harry

Thanks WagonCrazy. Not sure how I'm going to do this car yet? At 38k and original it would be a shame to go away from stock....but I want to be able to go with it?
