View Full Version : driver & Passanger Upper Door Glass Seals

Anyone replace the upper door glass seals? I'm looking to replace mine as the drivers side doesn't fit correctly. The radius corner is puckered on my existing seals and allows to much air to leak. Anyone have any recommendations on where to buy replacement seals?

Are you talking about the roof rail weatherstrips? I haven't seen any designed like the originals with the rubber flap on them to seal against the window frame. I have a pair from Danchuk that are molded curved to fit the roof. I've seen some that are straight and you have to bend them to fit. Not sure why it's so hard to make them like the originals were designed. I'm going to SEMA in a few weeks and I'm hoping SoffSeal is there so I can take a look at some of theirs. I also need some door weatherstrips.

Looks like the Soffseal ones are straight and the Danchuk ones are curved. I don't know if anyone else makes them but I don't think so.

I think the ones I have on mine must be the Soffseal type because as much as they are puckered they couldn't have been molded to the curve.

What days are you going to SEMA? I will be there as well Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.

We arrive in Vegas on Monday and have stuff to do Tuesday morning so we may not make it to SEMA until Wednesday morning. We leave on Saturday.
