Idler bearing installation question

[El 56]

I purchased my 56 a couple years ago and the bearing conversion was done. Is it installed right or wrong?

Unless I'm being fooled by the photo / perspective, the arm is installed upside down! The curve in the idler arm should be curved 'downward' slightly rather than upwards...
