We are thinking of changing our 56 210 side trim to the belair one (2dr post). Is the 210 trim the same as the lower portion of the belair trim. Ie can our current mounting holes be used for the lower trim and new holes added for the upper. We are not wanting to repaint the car so not keen to have to weld up current 210 trim holes

Lower holes are in the same place. But, the clips are different, as the Belair trim is wider.
The 210 studs are offset, to move the narrower trim up to the diagonal divider trim piece.
I have a set of new Belaire trim, that I will sell. They are the lower 1/4 and door pieces.

Tim: If I'm not mistaken, you COULD use the existing 210 lower trim if your goal is to add the upper trim so as to allow the two tone BelAir paint treatment?

Old Buzzard: Rereading your post, I'm wondering it that would work now...? Is your new trim 'repro' or NOS??
