    ac not cooling very good

I have an under dash unit. 134a refrigerant . outside temp 90 deg . low side pressure 40 high side 260 . My chart says low should be 50-65 and high side 250-275. evaporator temp is only 55 deg. fan on low temp turned all the way to coldest. This has a regular expansion valve not the screen type. Checked unit for leaks , no leaks. I believe it should be pulling down to somewhere in the 40s.
Can someone give me any ideas of what might be going on?
    Thanks Norm

After further research I think I may have a bit of an over charge.

Your condenser may be blocked, also. If you have a temperature heat probe, check the temp at various places on the condenser while the engine is running and set at max cold. Also, watch for your binary switch to disengage the compressor. If it does, there could be an overcharge or blockage.
