I'm considering using the Holley Term Max, and need a specific pedal to use it.

Well, I've got it, and the pedal, on it's way. We'll see.

Modified and installed.
Had to change a mting ear as it uses the stock pedal mount. It's gone.
Also added another set of holes for more adjustment.
