I m working on a 57 step side and now its time to get a bench seat for it. I was told a 94-98 chevy truck seat fits well. Anyone else have any experience they care to share?

Engrguy: I'd bet that almost any Chevy truck seat up thru '72 or thereabouts would be easily adapted to a trifive truck... One way: Go to a junkyard and make some measurements.. (after measuring your truck from inner door to inner door..Comment

Yes that is correct, the 1994 to 1998 Chevy/GMC full size truck bench seat is a popular swap and fits really well with minimal modification. Make sure you grab the seat with the tracks still attached to make mounting easier. 1988 to 1998 Suburban bench seats work just as well and are usually easier to find at the junkyard for cheaper. Check your local pull a part first before spending too much.Engrguy: I'd bet that almost any Chevy truck seat up thru '72 or thereabouts would be easily adapted to a trifive truck. One way: Go to a junkyard and check out some StarknightMT UTV accessories and make some measurements after measuring your truck from inner door to inner door.Last edited by jackaustin; 06-14-2026, 01:59 AM.Comment
