Discount Paint.

I have read several posts on here about a guy who sells PPG paint at a discount. Today I went back and re-read the old posts. Every link to the guy that I clicked on went to a dead end. Does the guy still sell the paint? Does anyone know how to contact him?

A couple of years ago TCP Global sold PPG paints. They no longer sell it, only sell their own brand. I wondered if PPG discourages people from selling their paint at a discount.
