    Hello from Hoover AL

    Hello Everyone,
My name is TJ and this is my first trifive. It's a 57 210 with bel air trim. I put together a 383 and have it mounted to a 700r4. I has a 9 inch ford rear. Once I get it wired it will be ready to crank and then, knock on wood, move on its own power for the first time in about a decade or so.
    Thanks for looking.
    Tj

      Hello,
I live in Hoover AL. The car is a four door 210 that someone put bel air trim on. When I got it, it had been sitting about a decade and the front clip was off. The front suspension is a tubular/ coilover kit from Speedway along with a sway bar and disc brakes. The transmission is a 700r4 built for racing with a manual valve body and a 3500 stall converter. The rear is a Ford 9 inch unit from Quick Performance. It has 31 spline axles and a Detroit locker with 4.11 gears and disc brakes. I have Caltrac bars on it with their monoleaf springs. The engine is a 383. Forged pistons and rods with a cast steel crank. Compression is 10.6:1. Heads are comp ported AFR 195s. The cam is a Howards hydraulic roller, duration @50 is 247 intake, 253 exhaust and a .565 lift on the intake and .580 lift on the exhaust. 108 lobe separation angle. I have 1.6 scorpion rockers so the lift will be .602 intake and .618 exhaust.
