Here's my first 57. I have been wanting one for 4 decades. 383 engine, 700r4 full manual/ 3500 converter, 9 inch ford rear w/ Caltrac suspension

A straight axle- gasser look! That's what I vote for here. Keep posting pics of your progress and reach out with any questions on the build.

Thanks again. I thought about a straight axle but ended up with coilovers adjusted all the way to the top so she is an in-betweener. Put a spreader bar on the front.
