Is there a list out there somewhere that lists the order that the headliner bows are to be. I know that they have a code # on each one.

Looks real good!!
I had a Tuff Stuff new pump and chrome can that came with a March serpentine system. It leaked around the perimeter of the pump. I assumed that it had to do with the chrome plating and the o-ring...
Floor looks great.

You will want to make it just a fraction shorter than the measured distance so the MC piston will fully retract with the pedal up. I had mine a little long and the fluid was trapped and the brakes...
I have a factory sensor in the front of the drivers side head and a capillary tube gage in the rear of the passenger side head. I think that I am getting false readings from the mechanical gage. ...
The radiator top hose if well above the engine. it goes over the radiator support on a radiator in the six cyl position. It is an aluminum Griffin original down flow style. The fans are controlled...
It seems possible to be trapped air. I have run about 75 highway miles so far and it still acts a little better, but mostly the same. My thought was that it should work the air out, but in some...
I am just completing installing a 2000 model LS1 in my 57 Chevy.
The radiator that I already had did not have a port for the steam tube to attach to. I have seen that you can drill and tap into...
On mine 1" down had the rod hanging up on the housing when the stroke had the pedal nearing the floor (which you probably would never encounter), but it did get to the point that the rod hit solid...
Went out this evening and had to shorten the linkage to allow me to use the original hole. It all fits better and looks and feels better.
I hate the hassle of doing and re-doing, but that is the...
It is level. The original hole seems to line up better.
Was there a reason for the lower hole other than line up?
I always thought that it had to do with leverage or stroke of the pedal.
I am back to the build part that has me hooking up all of the parts that I have been accumulating all winter. I am now hooking up the hydra-boost system where I formerly had a vacuum booster. ...
I guess I would be that guy. Unfortunately there are not lots of freeways in our area. Mostly posted at 65 MPH around here. When I do get on a freeway I prefer to flow with the traffic.
Thanks,
The calculator puts the 65 MPH rpm at about 1700 - 1800 . I think that I will probably do the 3.33 to keep it up there a little. I also suspect that the LS may not really care.
The...
I am putting a ls1 in my 57 with a 4l60E.
I currently have 2 options of rear gears to install. I need to make the decision soon so I can get the computer set up.
I currently have a 3.08...
My problem is that I got no wiring from the Camaro so I am going to have to figure out what to do now. There is a "sticky" post I think is at the top of the electrical list that gives the wiring for...
I have a good working Delphi alternator on the LS engine out of a 2000 Camaro. I am installing it in my 57 and want to know how to wire it.
Is there a simple way to make it a "one wire" by doing...
Thanks guys.
I think that these will lift enough to get the clearance that I am needing.
Tom
The tall & narrow will do what I need. What do I ask for at a part store? What vehicle is it standard on?
Thanks, Tom
My car has side mounts currently and uses the old original 58 chevy style rubber mounts. I am installing an LS Engine and using the same rubber side mounts with Holley adapters. My problem is that...
Thanks,
I will give it a try.
I know I have seen some examples but can't remember where and have not yet had any luck finding them again.
Tom
I don't think that the notches shown here are for pan clearance and not compressor clearance. The compressor notches I believe will be in the front side of the cross member.
