    Wow Sid, that is a nice bull. I assume that's a Roosevelt elk since it's on the coast?

    We were out hunting elk here in CO all last week and saw a lot more hunters than elk. It's insane here.....twice as many nonresident bowhunters as residents, and the muzzleloader season was also last week, right in the middle of the archery season. They sell over 250,000 elk licenses a year and have 6 hunting seasons in most areas. e have around 300,000 elk and with so many hunters running around even the rifle success rate is only 20%. Archery is around 11%. I hate Colorado hunting these days.

    Nice one. CN, my friend came back from Alaska last week, we had some Caribou and King Salmon...man that was a good meal.

    JT, I brought about 100 pounds of caribou back from Alaska on one of my hunts up there, and it was delicious. I also went on a salmon fishing trip after my hunting partner ended up in the hospital after a bad fall on Prince of Wales Island in SE Alaska. Brought back 58 pounds of Coho salmon fillets.

    Nice looking mount's chevy ! I done one for a doctor that was about that size,It amazed me how heavy the mount was when it was done.

    Very Nice. Funny his elk mount is mounted the same way and he has mountain goat too. I will take some pics of his house and send them to ya.
