    Aftermarket Injectors

I am helping a friend out with his car which is a tuned port 350 that has been bored & stroked to 383, the cam is a hyd roller and Vortec heads. The car has sat for 5 years and the fuel system is trashed. Question who makes a good aftermarket injector 22-24 pound. Has Accel in it now. looking at AFIS, Fast & Edelbrock.

My first thought is that any of them should be fine, especially for this application.

All of those are probably re-branded OEM replacement.

I'm surprised you don't try to clean them yourself.

Look on eBay if you want new ones. They have new ones pretty cheap.

I used a similar method the cnut's you tube video on my dad's 34, which has a a 92 LT1 in it. Car has sat for several years, needed fuel pump, new fuel lines and cleaned the injectors. I ran a couple of tanks of injector cleaner after and she runs like new.

Ordered Accel ones from Jegs will be here Friday. This car is an original 350 IROC with the Aussie built 9 bolt rear and runs 13.00 in 1/4 getting 20 mpg getting there.
