It would be interesting to see how new vehicles could handle these real world bumpy road tests. The roads are not much smoother, but the ability to handle rough roads is what has changed over the years. Low profile tires etc.

Often we think of 55-57s to not have "modern" suspension and handling, and forget that some of the designs introduced on them were big advances at the time, with many of them still in use today.
