I get the pictures off my phone by 'mailing' them to my email address, then saving to my computer, from which I can then post them to wherever I desire..

You can also download pics from your phone by plugging it into a USP port on the computer. It's really just like any storage device.

Thanks, Bill. Appreciate your doing that. I kept in touch with the fellow I sold my '56 to for a couple of years after I mustered out (he was my striker in the NDT Lab). In his last letter, he told me he was drinking one night. Took a corner too fast, spun out and smacked up a front fender and that he had parked the '56. Asked me not to drive to Arizona and kick his arse because he knew how I'd spent the better part of 2 years building her when we were in port.

I told him she was his car now and I'd never do that and continued to send him a Christmas card and letter each year after receiving his last letter in 1982, but without response until I heard from his Dad a couple years later that Todd had passed. This would have been around 1983 or 1984. Todd was the 12th of 13 men who worked on a project in the weapons space aboard the sub tender where we were either exposed to an extreme amount of radiation...... Or to Otto fuel (torpedo propellant). Both will cloud a film badge as all of ours were. I am the 13th man. Only one left. And I am pretty sure that was the cause of the cancer that I was operated on twice for nearly 5 years ago, as no one else on either side of my family has ever had cancer. In our family, we usually kick off from a heart attack. Not cancer.

Anyway...... If you run across my old Poncho powered '56 in your travels, I'd love to know about her. Best driving '55 - '57 Chevy I ever built. Lots of one off hand fitted modifications you aren't likely to find on any other of these cars. I'd know her anywhere.

Healthwise, i get it, Harry. I've had 4 cancer surgeries for stage 4 colon cancer, back in '09 and '10. First cancer for our family, too. Like you, it's heart attacks. I had one in Jan '12.
I'd love to find your old 56.........better yet, find it for sale! I'll keep my eyes out for it. Just remember, lots of people around the country, around the world, love our Arizona cars. How often can you open the trunk of a 60 year old car and find a non-rusty trunk pan? My 56 has been in Tucson it's entire life. I'm spoiled.......

No kidding . Here's my Colorado 56 2-door Bel Air sedan's original floors. They're not perfect, but pretty nice. I can't believe it's already been 10 years since I picked it up and it's just "rotting away" in my garage. Seems like NM and TX still have some solid cars too:
