I have a TIP cabinet similar to this one that has served me pretty well for over 30 yrs...

I've always ran glass bead in it. I have a TIP99'er sandblasting system for sandblasting larger objects outside, also used for more than 30 yrs.

I also have a TIP cabinet that I've had for over 20 years, and only use glass beads in it. One thing I like about TIP is they still maintain parts for the cabinet and gun after all these years.

Most important thing is having plenty of DRY compressed air. I just have a small HF cabinet using quality glass beads, but I use an 80 gallon 2-stage with a refrigerated air dryer, and it works great.
