    local Craigslist score

Found this for $200 local to me and snapped it up.
Probably paid 1/3rd of its cost when new.
A guy had it in his garage and it was barely used. Came with extra glass media, spare filters, extra protective glass covers, etc.
Its a replacement to a junky home made sandblaster I was using (without any vacuum). What a difference...this new one ROCKS.

I have a similar 34" Skatblast cabinet (with vacuum/etc) very much like that one. I paid $900 for it in the late 80's... It still works fine, but I need to replace the nozzle and clean it and replace the media... I doubt US made products have gotten cheaper in the time since. Look on the Skatblast (Truman Industrial Products - TIP)_ website..

Yes, if the cabinet itself is made by Truman, then you made a KILLING with that purchase..

I have one very similar to that I purchased from TP years ago. Paid much more than that when I bought it. You made a GREAT score !

I have the same one from Harbor Freight $189.99, but I don't have the vacuum system (which I really want)!! mine leaks glass beads mostly out of the door. I think the vacuum would solve that problem. I bet that vacuum system costs more than the price you paid!!! Sweet deal!!!

The cabinet is Harbor Freight, but with some modifications....like extra lights inside, and a filter on the backside for fresh air intake (to keep errant dust out). The doors seal nicely on this, and yes...the ScatBlast vacuum and seperator make all the difference. I literally stood there for less than 1 minute and cleaned 2 very intricate parts down to clean metal. I'm satisfied with this one.
