William, most people consider it easier/best to assemble the inner fender to the fender and install them as an assembly..

Thats how i installed mine also

I have installed them few times etc. I put them together and installed then. Its also possible to install the radiator support first and then the inner fenders and after that the outer fenders

Did I understand that you laid up 5 layers of glass fiber and intend to do one more layer? How thick do you expect or desire those panels to be when finished?
