Badnomad, I got that issue a couple of days ago and immediately recognized your car! Congratulations and best wishes for a sale which satisfies you! I love the interior color/look/materials...

Thanks guys for some reason everyone that has been interested in buying have one thing missing-the funds to buy it. I even had a guy that died with Covid 19 go figure!170211TD_903.jpg

Trying to decide where to list it for sale was thinking either Hemming's auction with 6 months listing if it dosen't sell in the auction or bring a trailer. Anyone had any experience with either?

I think the BringATrailer.com way of selling brings the highest amount to the seller. Because the auction just keeps going until there's been 5 minutes since the last/highest bid (after the end date/time has been reached). I've seen prices go up 20 to 50% more in those last moments.

Try selling it there. It would be a good comparison for all of us with Nomads in similar condition.

You will need lots of pics and must be very honest about the flaws or items needing attention when you list it. But that works to your advantage because the bids don't stop at a fixed time. Not until there's been a 5 minute interval since the last bid.

I don't know anyone who has sold one or able to list one on BaT. But i do know they try to make the reserve so low you are giving away, you or i don't need help doing that. They don't accept them for their site if the reserve is not very LOW.

You might also try 'Hemmings Auctions'.....??

PS. THere have been some VERY high $$ cars sold on Bring a Trailer, so it's difficult to believe they can force you to input a low reserve number....??
