Is it possible to bleed rear drum brakes using a hand operated vacuum pump, when there is a ten PSI check valve installed to reduce brake pedal travel?
Thanks!

Yes.
The restriction is from the brake to the m/c.
I added a Wilwood ten PSI valve right at the outlet of the master cylinder for the rear brakes. I did try using my hand operated vacuum pump and it would not overcome the new check valve (which is installed in the correct direction), so got one of my few friends to pump the pedal for me. Not that I need one now but I am considering making a plate to use air pressure to bleed brakes.
And you have to flow through this restriction to bleed the brake line. The restriction is from the brake to the m/c.
Yep, as always Rick you are correct, and I totally appreciate all you do for us!
