    That might be it, Rick. Although my wife and I voted in the Republican primaries as well and we did not receive a copy of the magazine.

    But then again, we are sooooooo fortunate to be in Sheila Jackson Lee's congressional district. So zip code may have something to do with who gets the magazine, as well.

    Really, your guess is as good as mine.

    We got USAA insurance for our cars a while back. Every year, they jack up our rates and we are thinking about getting quotes elsewhere. Called them and their excuse for the yearly rate increases is that there are so many wrecks in our zip code. So I point out that we haven't had any claims and ask why they don't give us a bonus in the form of better rates rather than penalizing us for our neighbours having more wrecks than in other areas? And each time I pose that question, they ask if I can hold and their supervisor will pick up in a moment. But they never do. Just bump us off the line after a short wait. So we are thinking about looking elsewhere for insurance.
