I bought the car from a guy that was going to build a Gasser, but then he ended up buying a Gasser that was already finished, so he put this one on Craigslist and I bought it from him. The car was last driven in 1973, so it has been off the road for some time! Floor sections installed by previous owner. I am leaving body/paint just as it is. Interior is pretty mush done except headliner. Wheels are Torq Thrust D's, rear tires Towel City Pie Crust cheater slicks, front tires Wide Oval radials. The car is going to my mechanic in a couple weeks where he is going to rebuild front suspension, ploy bushings, etc. In the back, new 5 leaf springs, traction bars, shocks, shock bar, etc. Got the aluminum radiator, Mooneyes steering wheel for it recently as well. Then I am ordering a BluePrint engines 383 430 hp complete engine. Typically these exact engines produce around 450-460 hp...a guy in my area just got one and he dyno sheet showed 462 hp. Hopefully I can drive it this fall a little.
