    Car Covers

Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone has purchased from carcover.com and liked their covers. I'm in the market for a decent cover and like to do a little research before buying. Thanks in advance!

Yes. The car is in a garage unless I'm at a car event.

So you are looking for a 'dust cover', hopefully one that can be easily cleaned...?

I suppose you could call it a dust cover, but one that has a little bit of multi purpose would be good. Easily cleaned is always good. It's good to have one that offers scratch prevention also, you know, good on the paint.

There are only two 'functions' of an indoor car cover IMO... 1) serve as a dust cover to minimize need to wash the car, and 2) serve as an 'impact pad', in case you have concerns over items banging into the car? For #2, you want a very heavy large thick cover... for #1 a very lightweight cover will do...

I have a Covercraft indoor cover on my 54 Olds and have been very happy with it. Not cheap but it accomplishes #1 and #2 from Bama's post.
