i`m in need of a `55 heater control delete plate/ any leads? thanx.

IIRC, the basic heater control was basically a metal filler panel with a 'switch mounted in the middle of it', the hole for the switch would be easy to weld up the hole... (Am I recalling this correctly? If so, I may have one I removed from a car 40 yrs ago.. but I'd have to search in old boxes..)
