55 Chevy 2 door post getting ready for the road

I have been building my 55 for a little over 2 years now, should be roadworthy in a few weeks.

Cool, Is the paint original? It has the correct paint scheme for a 210 unlike my 210 which has the Belair style 2 tone.

... ... Who doesn't like a car with original paint underneath 'pinto primer'... Love it! ... reminds me of most of the '55 hot rods of the late 50's and 60's..

Yep, the grey on body is the original color...whats left of it, and the white paint on roof is original.

I'm trying to make the car look like "Hot Rod" from the 60's or 70's....I even have Towel City cheater slicks on rear...front tires are Firestone Radials, shaped like bias ply...so all for tires are radial with the bias ply look. Engine is a "Blueprint Engines" 383 stroker, 453 hp, and 490 torque. Transmission is built 350 turbo with 4 clutches, shift kit, Hughes 2500 converter, rearend 3:55 posi.
