and what is the PN cast into the head.. get the date code too when you get the PN...

It's not.
The only 350 Camel hump casting # I can think of off hand is a 186. 462,461 and 291 had no accessory holes in the end.

Actually your photo showed TWO heads, one lying down, and one standing up adjacent to it. Unfortunately the photo doesn't really contain any 'identification' information. The 'terms' .. double hump or camel humps originally referred to the early-mid 60's high performance heads which either had 2.02" or 1.94" intake valve diameters. The attached video will provide information on the early 'double hump' heads, and more additional information on later castings of the same design.
