    327 verses 350 engine

I have a 55 chevy Belair 2dr. sedan, mild custom. The engine just had some problems and I need to replace it as a lesser cost. I am looking for another 327, rebuilt or crate to replace it. I am trying to find out what parts will fit on 350 from 327. Justin from Vintage air said the bracket for the ac comp. and alt. will fit, but will headers, intake and carb., water pump, distributor and, starter, etc. I am still looking but not found much info. Any help will be greatly appreciated so I can get an enging back in my 55. Thanks Geno

All your peripherals from the 327 should fit and bolt onto the 350 engine just fine. What is wrong with the 327? Maybe it's inexpensively repairable??
