doing all bushings on my 57 never have done before any tip or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
all of them are bad should i go polly or rubber ? what order should i begin ? i have 3 heavy jacks and 4 heavy duty stands is that enough to do it safely?

I personally prefer 'rubber' bushings, but if you're building a race car and want maximum performance with the expected regular maintenance and checking of parts, you might prefer polyurethane...? harder ride and more stress on parts...

I have finished off my suspension on my '55 I used poly on the rear leaf spring shackles and rubber on all of the front control arms. I would think those jacks and stands should do it well!! Have fun with it!!
