Just got notice from Summit that the unit they were selling is now cancelled and is no longer being carried.

IMO the best "kit" and the best design is Art Morrison's. I have used my own design using their parts for several C4 conversion frames. Those round tubular center sections really don't do much and don't compare to AME's. Here's one we did using AME parts. You could probably build something similar from scratch using mitered 2x4 tubing and pipe.
