    Exhaust exit

    Has anyone routed the exhaust exit through the lower blacked out areas of the left and right rear bumper?

    Have seen ths done many time's over the years, always wondered if this was an option or something.

    I remember seeing this done in the early 70s and some of those cars were beaters as I recall, leading one to wonder if they came that way.

    Seems to me 57 Oldsmobiles had this, at least some did.
